What's the difference between the Ram 1500 and the Ram 1500 Classic?

At the surface level, there's little to differentiate these two models besides some nominal stylistic elements, and the fact that the Ram 1500 Classic has a more affordable starting MSRP than the new Ram 1500. Performance
On the performance front, the new Ram 1500 is truly top of its class. With four distinct engine options, including the brawny supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI® V8 engine and stout 3.0-liter EcoDiesel® engine. When properly equipped, the new Ram 1500 can move up to 12,750 pounds.
However, don't count the Ram 1500 Classic out off-hand. While it only offers two available engine options, it'll still deliver up to 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque when properly equipped, making it capable of moving up to 10,610 pounds with ease.
Interior
Commanding and comfortable cabins have always been a hallmark of Ram trucks for sale here in Louisiana, and the new Ram 1500 and Ram 1500 Classic are no exception. Both leverage high-quality materials and ergonomic design to ensure that the most popular features available to you are always at your fingertips.
